What are peptides used for?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks that make up proteins. They’re used for a wide range of medical, cosmetic, and performance purposes depending on the type of peptide.

Are your peptides lab tested?
Yes. All Clinical Peptides products undergo third-party laboratory testing to ensure accuracy, purity, and transparency. Certificates of analysis are available on our Lab Results page.
What form do the peptides come in?
All of our peptides come in a vial in lyophilized form for long-term stability. You will need to reconstitute the powder with bacteriostatic water for injection. Once reconstituted, make sure to keep refrigerated for longevity.
Is bacteriostatic water included?
Bacteriostatic water can be purchased separately through our website. It is not included with orders.
Do you ship in Canada only?
Yes, at this time Clinical Peptides ships exclusively within Canada.
Do you offer free shipping over $99?
Yes. Orders with a subtotal of $99 CAD or more qualify for free shipping across Canada. For orders below $99, a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $15 applies.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped out the next business day (sometimes even the same day). Delivery time is normally 1 to 3 business days depending on your location. We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are not able to offer returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with your order, please email us immediately at hello@mail.clinicalpeptidescanada.ca and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
What happens if my package doesn't arrive?
If your package is lost in transit and hasn’t been delivered, we will sent you a replacement. However, if your tracking shows delivered, but you never received it, please contact Canada Post immediately and hopefully they can track down your package. We cannot do anything about packages that show as delivered.
What forms of payment do you accept?
As of right now, our only method of payment is Interac e-Transfer. All orders are processed once e-Transfer payment for your order has been received.
